Background

I entered the Real Estate business in 2003, having spent my professional career as a critical care RN. My husband and I raised 4 children and saw each off to college to go on and become successful in their fields. Two areas in our lives that touch each of us are medicine and real estate. Watching friends feel so vulnerable in each of these areas was a real motivator for my decision to enter the real estate world. Not only could I be of benefit to my immediate family, but also meet new people and help them learn about this interesting field for themselves and feel in control. I have not been disappointed. I entered a slower paced market than the one that arrived a few years later and was able to learn everything I could about my new trade.

If there is one truism for this field (as well as most other fields) is that history does repeat itself. Which tells me that maybe we need to learn more from our history so we avoid those same mistakes that have befallen our predecessors.

My company is over 85 years old, held to the highest of standards and expects that from each of it’s brokers.
